National Contact Point of the International Federation of Societies for Microscopy (NCP IFSM)
The “National Contact Point of the International Federation of Societies for Microscopy” (NCP IFSM) represents national interests within the IFSM and reports back to Switzerland with relevant information produced by the IFSM.
The Swiss Society for Optics and Microscopy (SSOM) has been entrusted by the Platform Mathematics, Astronomy and Physics (MAP) with the task of being the national contact point to the IFSM.
It thus assumes the tasks of a national committee of the SCNAT
