The Edith Alice Müller Award 2025 from the Swiss Society of Astronomy and Astrophysics for outstanding PhD thesis in the fields of Astronomy and Astrophysics was awarded to Mara Attia and Andrea Francesco Battaglia.
Mara Attia from the University of Geneva for their thesis "Coupling the Secular Dynamical and Atmospheric Evolution of Close-in Exoplanets".
Andrea Francesco Battaglia from ETH Zurich for his thesis "The rising Solar Orbiter/STIX era: new insights on microflares and early flare emission".
