Workshop "Leadership"

Topic: Conflicts in various hierarchical situations

Katrin Küchler from the Leadership and Development Department at the University of Basel explains constructive approaches to conflicts in your everyday work as a researcher. In particular, she addresses different hierarchical situations - conflict with superiors, peers and group members.

The skills acquired are practised and improved in role plays.
